The Marin Superior Court Criminal Clerk’s Office is open Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Clerk’s office is located at the Civic Center, Hall of Justice, at 3501 Civic Center Drive, Room C-10, San Rafael, California, 94903. The Clerk’s office maintains all of the misdemeanor and felony criminal records for cases filed by the Marin County District Attorney’s Office and other authorized prosecuting agencies. If you are required to pay a fine, perform community service, attend special programs or counseling or serve probation in connection with a Marin criminal offense, you will be required to submit your payment or other completion paperwork at the Clerk’s office.
