The County of Contra Costa has five Superior Court locations. Be sure that you know which court will be hearing your matter before your court appearance.
The County of Contra Costa Richmond Superior Court, George D. Carroll Courthouse, serves the Richmond community and hears civil, criminal and traffic matters. The Richmond courthouse is located at 100 – 37th Street in Richmond. The court is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Filing Clerk windows open at 8:00 a.m. and close at 3:00 p.m.
